Other Charging Options
What options do I have for charging for services if my activity does not meet policy criteria for a rate (PPM 340-25, III-C)?
- You can establish a business agreement depending on who you will be charging as follows:
- Only charging another UC unit: Establish a DCA through General Accounting (http://accounting.ucdavis.edu/GA/DCAinstructions.cfm).
- Agreements for services provided by the university to outside entities where campus approved rates DO NOT apply – Establish a Sponsored Program Agreement through Office of Research (http://research.ucdavis.edu/home.cfm?id=OVC,3)
