Aggie Bill Transition Complete

Quick Summary

  • More than 15,000 students have already enrolled in direct deposit as UC Davis completes the transition to its new student billing and payment system.

UC Davis Student Accounting has successfully transitioned from MyBill to Aggie Bill, the university's new online billing and payment system for students.

Since launching in May, Aggie Bill has become the central hub for students to manage their accounts, make payments, enroll in direct deposit, authorize users and access billing statements and payment plans.

To date, 15,319 students have enrolled in direct deposit through Aggie Bill, helping ensure refunds and financial aid disbursements are delivered quickly and securely. Students have also established 8,524 authorized user accounts, allowing parents, guardians and others to view billing statements and make payments on their behalf.

"Aggie Bill is a more modern tool to manage student accounts," Student Accounting Director Ileana Acevedo said. "By having billing, direct deposit and payment plans in one place, we're helping students and their families access the services they need throughout the academic year."

Aggie Bill allows students to:

  • View account balances and billing statements
  • Make online payments
  • Enroll in direct deposit for refunds
  • Add and manage authorized users
  • Enroll in and manage payment plans
  • Review payment history and account activity

Students who have not yet completed account setup are encouraged to log in as soon as possible. Because account settings from MyBill did not transfer to Aggie Bill, students should verify that direct deposit is enrolled and add any parents, guardians or other authorized users who need access to their account.

Student Accounting continues to provide step-by-step guides and other resources to help students navigate the new system.
