Important updates on services and deadlines
Update on Summer Session 2, 2025 Billing
- Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
- We have two important dates that you will need to be aware of this month: Summer Session 1 (SS1) Late Fee Payment Deadline is June 27, 2025. If your SS1 balance and prior term debt is not paid by this date, you will be dropped from your scheduled classes for non-payment. If you enrolled in DPP for SS1, your 2nd installment is due on July 15, 2025. Summer Session 2, Summer Quarter and Summer Semester fees have been assessed to your account. The Fee Payment Deadline for those terms is July 15, 2025. If your total account for Summer Session 2 is not paid by this date, you will be dropped from your scheduled classes for non-payment, Summer is considered one term for financial aid purposes. To be eligible for summer aid, you must be enrolled in at least six (6) units total during the summer term, waitlisted units do not count.
If you would like to enroll in the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) for summer, students and their authorized users can enroll online using MyBill at http://mybill.ucdavis.edu. To enroll in DPP, all your prior term debt must be paid, and you need to apply and make the first installment payment by July 15, 2025.
