[1] The University of California Regents mandates that all students have health insurance. UC Davis automatically enrolls all registered students in the UC Student Health Insurance Plan (UC SHIP). If students have comparable insurance and do not want to be enrolled in UC SHIP, they must apply for a UC SHIP waiver by the date specified for their school. More information about the UC SHIP is available at Student Health and Counseling Services.
[2] The Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at UC Davis also offers a Nursing and Healthcare Leadership - Master of Science (for Nurse Practitioners) degree program. The students in this M.S. Nurse Practitioner track must attend the summer quarter and pay additional summer fees.
Students in the Nursing and Healthcare Leadership Ph.D. program pay Graduate Student Fees.
Note: Nursing and Healthcare Leadership Master of Science degree program (non-clinical track) has suspended admissions. The program is no longer accepting new students.
