Student Accounting assists campus faculty, staff, and students in meeting their teaching, research, and operational needs by providing effective and efficient disbursement of student financial aid.
Aggie Bill is now active.Payments, refunds and billing activity are now processing. Students who still need to sign up for direct deposit or add authorized users should complete setup as soon as possible.

Update on Summer Session 1 and Special Session 2026 Billing
- Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
- Summer Session 1 and Special Session fees and tuition have been assessed, and all authorized aid will be credited to your account. This appears as Estimated Financial Aid at the bottom of your statement and will be applied to your Total Amount Due even though Financial Aid will not be disbursed until June 12, 2026. If you have a Total Amount Due, you must pay that amount by the Fee Payment Deadline, June 15, 2026, to avoid being dropped. Summer is considered one term for financial aid purposes. To be eligible for summer aid, you must be enrolled in at least six (6) units total during the summer term. Summer refunds will be available on June 22, 2026.
If you would like to enroll in the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) for summer, students and their authorized users can enroll online at Aggie Bill. To enroll in DPP, all your prior term debt must be paid, and you need to apply and make the first installment payment by June 15, 2026.
Student Accounting and Campus Cashiering Office will be closed on Monday, May 25, for the Memorial Day Holiday.
