As with any program, you may occasionally encounter a network or server error/interruption while working in the Kuali Financial System.
Completing the steps below should help resolve most technical issues:
- Make sure that you are using a supported Internet browser.
- Make sure that you are not using your Internet Back button. Clicking on this button can cause various technical interruptions and error messages.
- Log out of your current KFS session, close any Internet windows, and start a new KFS session.
- If the above does not help, try using a different Internet browser (e.g., FireFox, Internet Explorer).
If none of these steps help, please contact the FIS Help Desk. When you contact us, please let us know the specific error message you are getting (including the text of the message is very helpful), what Internet browser and version you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer 11) and your computer operating system (e.g., Windows 10, Mac OS, etc.). This information will assist us in troubleshooting.
